Comments: The whole experience exceeded my expectations. George Awad, my sales consultant, was professional, respectful, and very patient teaching this old lady all the bells and whistles on my 2012 S60. Comments: I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy new or used. I showed up on a Friday night at 7 pm. Jim worked with me through advantages of new vs. used and what showed me whatever I wanted to see on the lot. After a test drive, sifting through options and paperwork, I drove a new C30 off the lot at 11 pm; 2 hours after closing. It was a low pressure, enjoyable experience. Everyone was courteous, professional & helpful, from the general manager Ed Sarecky, to salesmen George Awal & Mark Stephenson, who assisted each other, to the finance manager, Matt Dorio. Comments: Laurie Miller in Sales was "like a breath of fresh air"! Very professional,provided detailed assistance and very timely in following up with me in my search for a used Volco C70. I would highly recommend both she and the Manager,Craig. The best experience I have had in 20 years at a dealership!! I would highly recommend this dealership.
